Simple terms for booking and using Morocco Happiness Tours services.
Company Information
Morocco Happiness Tours is operated by Happiness Sahara SARL AU, a private tourist transport company registered in Marrakech, Morocco. Commercial Register (RC) 140111 · Common Enterprise Identifier (ICE) 003341540000060.
Booking Requests
Submitting a request through the website, WhatsApp, email, or contact form does not automatically confirm a booking. Your itinerary, availability, and any payment details must be confirmed directly with Morocco Happiness Tours.
Itineraries and Changes
Private tours and transfers may be adapted based on traveler needs, weather, road conditions, availability, or local circumstances. We aim to keep the same travel experience whenever adjustments are needed.
Payments and Cancellations
A deposit of 25% of the total price confirms your reservation. The deposit is refundable if you cancel up to 4 days before the tour starts. It is not refundable from 4 days before the start date. The remaining balance and payment method are confirmed with your itinerary.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, travel dates, pickup details, and any special requirements before the service begins.
